ELIDE FIRE wishes to alert its valued customers and partners about the presence of counterfeit and knockoff versions of our patented automatic fire extinguishing balls. These counterfeit products do not meet the stringent standards set by ELIDE FIRE, nor do they comply with the TISI 3413-2565 national standards or EN testing standards necessary for CE approval. Unlike our genuine products, these imitations do not originate from the original patent owner and inventor, and they fail to adhere to the quality and safety benchmarks established by BSI and other respected certification bodies.

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) announced a recall for fire extinguisher balls sold on Amazon, including brands LVYXON, TATTCHINE, ARMYJY, PETSTIBLE, HelloPharma, Vixuiyz, and JHEUAYK.
