IN THAILAND
MR. PHANAWATNAN (WORADECH) KAIMART was born in 1964 in Bangsaphan-noy district, Prajuab - keereekan Province. After graduating with a Bachelor's degree from Ramkhamhaeng University, major in Political, Science, MR. PHANAWATNAN (WORADECH) KAIMART worked as a Professional Safety Officer for manufacturing companies in many years. He was a developer for Continual safety System to Fujitsu General (Thailand) Company Limited. He was invited as a lecturer for the topic of safety for many public and private organizations. With his valued experiences, MR. PHANAWATNAN (WORADECH) KAIMART becomes an expert in safety system.

Until a scene of devastating fire broke out in the Royal Jomtien Hotel in Pattaya last 1997, MR. PHANAWATNAN (WORADECH) KAIMART was at the scene as part of the community service. The tragic event inspired him to begin his research to develop an equipment for helping people fight the fire at the early stage and to stop the spread and damage of fire
.
Although MR. PHANAWATNAN (WORADECH) KAIMART did not get any certificates in the field of science, his working experience as a safety Officer in manufacturing companies for more than 10 years, including his depression witnessing the tragic fire event, all had push his ideas to his invention, a Fire Extinguishing Ball was created on the basic fire chemistry, involving three conditions that must be present to support a fire. The three conditions consist of a fuel or substance that will burn. Second, there must be plenty of oxygen that usually comes from the surrounding area. And last, there must be a heat source such as flames or sparks.
